Combining form and function 

With a foam-insulation core and thermally broken low threshold, industry-leading u-values as low as 0.78 w/m2K can be achieved when specifying the Contemporary Entrance Door system, as well as sound reduction of up to 36dB. The KFV standard 5-point locking provides excellent security performance, which can be enhanced with the inclusion of automated entry via a biometric fingerprint scanner or keypad.

AUTOMATION SPECIFICATION

The Contemporary Entrance door can be specified to feature automation, providing you with keyless entry to the home. Choose from:

  • Fingerprint scanner: an intelligent biometric fingerprint scanner that works via bluetooth and can be programmed with up to 99 fingerprints. Safer than a traditional key, the fingerprint scanner offers increased security and simplifies access to the home for multiple occupants.
  • Keypad: Alternatively, a keypad may be the right solution. A unique 6-digit code can be created for each member of the household, as well as one-off codes for guests.

HANDLE DESIGN

Form and function combine in the Contemporary Entrance door to provide a highly secure and beautiful first impression of the home. Working with the project manager, choose from a wide range of handles to specify the exact entrance door required, including; bar and bow handles or recessed handles.

BESPOKE PANEL DESIGN

Working with Exact means your entrance door is designed and manufactured to the unique needs of each project. Based on the choice of full leaf or glass cut-out, the panel is then customised with a choice of standard or bespoke colours for the interior and exterior. For the ultimate finish, choose from a stainless-steel look, high gloss, metallic or one of the Art collection; Art-Concrete, Art-Corten, Art-Steel or Art-Stone.

CONCEALED HINGES

Modern entrance door design has evolved to allow the finish, colour, style and handle to take centre stage. Concealed hinges enhance the modern, elegant aesthetic - creating a hinge-free view from the inside of the home.

DESIGN OPTIONS

During the specification process with the project manager, every detail of the entrance door design will be discussed and agreed. Additional considerations include:
