Unique vertical sliding windows

The Pure Glass Vertical Sliding Window system is a unique glazing system which features an exclusive opening system. Hidden counter-weights connect and balance large vertical panels to smoothly glide across integrated tracks and open up glazed walls.

The exclusive internal pulley system can be a manual or motorised operation, with even the largest of vertical panes moving effortlessly in opposite directions.

Minimal, panoramic sliding windows

Featuring the same minimal profile as the Pure Glass collection, the Pure Glass Vertical Sliding window can be specified as part of the overall glazing package to achieve the ultimate minimal, panoramic architectural glazing style.

During the Initial Project Consultation and subsequent specification stage, each detail of the project and glazing package will be discussed, with a dedicated Project Manager providing expertise and advice on panel number and size, track options, special colours and finishes and glass specification.

AUTOMATED VERTICAL SLIDING WINDOWS

The combination of cutting-edge technology and minimal frame design can be automated to achieve a flawless opening and closing movement, by incorporating a hidden motor. For complete autonomy, the system can easily be switched to manual if required or operated via a remote control.

CONFIGURATION OPTIONS

The Vertical Sliding Door system can be configured to meet the specific needs of each project and location. Your Project Manager will work with the project team to advise on the optimum configuration.

Central opening: two overlaid central panes slide open over the fixed top and bottom panes to create a central opening. 

Top & bottom opening: the top and bottom panes both slide to meet the central fixed pane to create openings at the top and bottom of the window.

Pocket: one pane descends into a hidden pocket trench in the floor to create a glass-free complete opening.

How do you achieve a premium seal between brick surround and the frame?

To achieve a neat seal between brick and your new architectural glazing, we use our premium sealing option, Hannoband 3E. It's a weathertight seal, vapour membrane and insulation tape all in one. It works particularly well between frame and brick to achieve a precise, weathertight seal – filling every groove, nook and void.
