Partnering with Exact for architectural glazing

We know how daunting it is when you start researching and planning a renovation project. It’s a big commitment, not just in terms of time and money – it’s an emotional one too.

When you work with the right partner on your project, it should be a stress-free and enjoyable process, where you are supported, advised and guided throughout. We might be biased, but if that sounds like how you’d like your project to be run – read on to find out more about us so that we can get your next project underway!

Step 1. Your project enquiry

It’s true of most things in life that the more you put in, the more you get out. It’s also true of how we like to work - from the very first stage of your project.

When you get in touch, send us an email or complete our contact form and provide as much detail as you can, including:

  • Architect's drawings or sketches, with required items and sizes
  • Project address
  • Project timings
  • Contact details

Don’t worry if you don’t have all of this information, we’d still love to hear from you and find out as much about your project as possible, to see how we can work together.

Step. 2 Initial Project Consultation

Once we’ve received your enquiry, one of our specialist Project Managers will arrange an initial telephone consultation with you. During the consultation, our Project Manager will discuss your project and the vision for your home in detail. It’s important that we understand the scope of the project and get a good understanding of what you’re aiming to achieve, as well as what you’re looking for from us.

Our end-to end approach sets us apart and means that you have a dedicated team during your project from enquiry, survey and logistics through to installation and aftercare. Our range of architectural glazing including roof lanterns, bifold doors, sliding doors, French doors, windows, entrance doors and bespoke glazing – is designed and manufactured to your exact specification and installed by our specialist on-site teams.

Step 3. Visit our Liphook Showroom

After your initial consultation, the next step is to visit our Liphook showroom. We’re pleased to be able to offer socially distanced appointments – find out more here. Our recently refurbished showroom features our range of architectural glazing including roof glazing, bifold doors, sliding doors, French doors, windows and entrance doors.

Your Project Manager will show you around and demonstrate our range to help you to decide on the right one for your project. Each system of roof glazing, glazed doors, entrance doors and windows has unique design and performance features, so getting up close and trying them out really is the best way to choose.

A showroom visit will usually take around 1 – 1½ hrs so that we can spend time understanding every detail and requirement for your project. We believe preparation and planning at this stage are key to a successful project. During your showroom visit, it’s also your opportunity to get to know us and ask us all of your burning questions – we want you to leave feeling confident in us and in your choice of glazing.

Ready to make a start on your project?

Now that you know a little more about how we work, are you ready to get in touch and get the ball rolling? There is obviously more to the process once you have decided on your glazing needs – we won’t overload you with that detail right now, as your Project Manager can talk you through what happens next during your showroom visit.

Email us your project details to info@exactag.co.uk, or use our contact form. If you’d like to chat to one of our Project Managers to find out a little more, call 01428 747255.
