Stunning Slimline Doors for Surrey home

Connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces
As part of a large-scale renovation project, we were asked to design and install a range of glazing products for this striking family home in the Surrey village of Grayshott.
Set within beautiful secluded grounds, our clients wanted to maximise the natural sunlight throughout the home, with a particular focus on creating a flowing entertaining space connecting the indoor and outdoor areas.
Our clients wanted to achieve a contemporary design and link the new extensions to the existing property to create a seamless, modern result.
Complete glazing overhaul
In addition to PVCu windows throughout, 3 sets of French Doors and a residential front door, the real wow-factor was created by the addition of two sets of Exact Slimline Sliding Doors at the back of the property.
Slimline Sliding Doors are a sleek and ultra-slim profile system with a smooth glide opening movement. The 3 panel / 5400mm wide configuration creates a stunning, almost-uninterrupted, outlook on to the manicured gardens and further enhances the light and airy, free-flow design of the house.
For this project our client chose a black single-colour frame for the internal and external finish of their sliding doors, to fit in with their overall design scheme. It is possible to choose dual colour – for example a black external finish and a white internal finish, with the Exact Slimline Sliding Doors.
The Veka PVCu French Doors which were fitted to transform the kitchen, feature the dual colour option – with a white internal frame and a black external frame.
Whilst we offer a range of standard colours across our French, sliding and bifold doors, we understand that some projects require something a little different and we can therefore provide bespoke colours on request.
